As the first Polish instructor of the DNS method, his journey has been full of passion and dedication. He graduated from the University of Physical Education in Poznan (Poland) with a master’s degree, and since 2014, he has successfully run his own physiotherapy and training clinic. His interest in the DNS method began in 2016 when he completed his first course. By 2020, he shared his expertise by translating DNS courses across Poland, covering clinical, pediatric, and skill courses areas.

In 2023, he earned his official certification as a DNS practitioner.

Sports and physical activity have been a constant in his life since childhood. He spent years playing volleyball before venturing into the world of strength training. He became fascinated by various training techniques, including CrossFit, kettlebell, and weightlifting. Today, he channels his passion for sports into Brazilian jiu-jitsu, where he continues to challenge himself on the mat.

In his therapeutic practice, he merges the DNS method with other techniques, such as fascial manipulation and neurodynamics. He works with a wide range of patients, from those with orthopedic issues to neurological conditions. Additionally, he collaborates with the Polish Volleyball Association, serving as a provincial physiotherapist. His approach is holistic, and each session allows him to combine knowledge, experience, and passion to provide the best possible outcome for his patients.
